15th Annual Strings in the Winery - A magical evening of music, wine and food hosted by Allandale Winery.  Sparkling and canapés are served on Allandale’s front lawn overlooking the vineyards to the Brokenback Range. Guests are then seated in our candle lit barrel room in the winery with the orchestra for a 3 course dinner matched with Allandale wines. The music is performed by Paul Goodchild and Strings from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Lovers of classical music, wine and food should not miss this fabulous evening.

Canapes: Warm roma tomato tart with smoked salmon and chive hollandaise

Bruscetta of goats feta, confited duck leg and gremolata

Crisp prawn wontons with sweet chilli and ginger sauce

Starters: Atlantic Salmon and herb involtini on a watercress and chervil salad with crisp chorizo and a Lime creme fraiche dressing

Main Course: Mediterranean braised Veal shanks with creamy dauphinnoise potatoes, red pesto and parmesan tuille. Served with a baby spinach, slow roasted tomato and hazelnut salad with a mustard seed dressing.

Dessert: Caramelised Pear tart tartin with creme brulee ice cream and butterscotch sauce
