The Allandale cellar door and winery are located in Lovedale, the heart of the Hunter Valley. The friendly cellar door staff are here seven days a week to take you through the experience of tasting wines. The Allandale cellar door and winery are located in Lovedale, the heart of the Hunter Valley. The friendly cellar door staff are here seven days a week to take you through the experience of tasting wines in the brand new cellar door with stunning panoramic view across the vineyards to the Brokenback Mountain Ranges.

Mon-Sat 9am-5pm
Sun & Public Holidays 10am-5pm
Wine tastings available 7 days a week (closed Christmas Day only).

Tasting Fees

Cellar door tastings attract a $5 per person fee that includes a flight of 6 wines. Click here to view our flight options.

We ask that this fee is paid in advance for groups of 7-10 people to secure your booking.

Private Members Tastings

Wine Club Members have the opportunity to book their own intimate winery tour and private tasting, free of charge.

Tastings can be held in the cellar door, private members room, or outside on the sunny terrace whilst enjoying views over the vineyard to the Brokenback Mountain Range.

Booking a Tasting

For groups of less than 6 people, bookings are appreciated however we also welcome walk-ins. We can almost always accommodate small groups at short notice but to be sure we have a table waiting for you, feel free to phone ahead – (02) 4990 4526. Guests without a reservation will be seated on a first come, first-served basis.

Group Bookings

Bookings are essential for groups of 7-10 people, please phone ahead or submit an enquiry. We are currently limiting bookings to 10 people per group, subject to availability. Please do not try to get around this limit by booking larger groups under multiple names.

Booking Conditions: Groups of 7+ are to pay tasting fee up front by calling (02) 4990 4526 to secure the booking. No booking until paid. Adjustments can be made at no additional charge up until 48 hours prior to your booking. Reduction of numbers within the last 48 hours are not refundable. Addition of numbers within the last 48 hours is subject to availability and will require non-refundable payment for additional guests.
